- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Although I really like Dr. Reddy, I have a real problem with the office itself. When you call them, you get an automated answer, with options to leave a message with a particular extension. No matter who you call, or how many times you call, no one bothers to call you back. I had an issue with medication that I needed, an issue that needed immediate resolution, and called three times, but no one bothered to call me back.
