  We are new to the Riverview area and my husband and I needed to find a new pediatrician for our son. We loved our previous pediatrician but the travel back and forth from Riverview to St Pete was simply way too tasking. We did our research and read numerous online customer reviews for several pediatricians in the area. The biggest complaint about this office seemed to be the wait time, but overall everyone seemed to love the staff and doctors. My husband and I are on a tight schedule so the wait time issue was a concern, but we took a chance and booked an appointment with them and we are so glad we did. The office is spacious and clean, the front desk staff were curteous, pleasant and professional. The wait time was not bad considering that my son was a new patient. When we finally met with our pediatrician we fell in love with her right away. She was personable, understanding to our sons needs, professional and most of all spent her time listening to our concerns, and gave valuable feedback. Everything you want in a doctor. I know many parents complain about the wait time, but if you have a practice where doctors care about their patients and take the time to talk with the parents instead of rushing them out so they can move on to the next person, then the wait is worth it. Thank you to the wonderfuL staff and Dr. Williams for making this a wonderful first experience for our family.
