  Awesome staff very professional they made me feel comfortable very attentive very pleasant and overall from the friendly welcome and friendly exit I felt like a patient not just another person that was checked off there list for the day. Dr BrIto also was Great he asked my needs, he was very thorough and made me feel comfortable while doing my assessment informing me of everything that was needed to be done. I usually have really bad anxiety just think about going to the dentist but you know Dr Brito and his staff eased my mind. Now I'm looking forward to my next appointment. Thanks Smiles Design!!

  I would give it a 0 if that was an option. I have had the worst service ever. Seems like no one is ever in the same page. One person tells you one thing, then another tells you something totally different. I could go on and saying everything that was awful however I will simply say that first they tried to make me pay more for a service after it was done because they do not know anything about dental insurance. There is a huge difference between paying $1000 vs. $2000. Then sending stuff to a horrible lab that the whole process that should have been completed it 5 weeks at the most took 3 1/2 months. Horrible quality and poor workmanship. I had a partial denture made, after all of this finally took it home even though it still looked horrible and figured I just didn’t want to deal with them anymore. First day the clasp broke off. I was told by office manager that they wouldn’t refund me my money because of the lab fees they incurred. They incurred those fees because it was made incorrectly the first time. Please keep in mind that I payed them over $1000 upfront and had to wait all of this time for the final outcome to be a piece of junk that broke right away. I asked for her to have her manager call me and was told she would call by the end of the following day. Over a week later still no call. Left with a broken partial and out over $1000 for nothing but a lot of time and trouble. Save yourself the nightmare
