  Do your best to STEER CLEAR of this office altogether. I was extremely happy with my visit to this office. I went in for a cyst removal on my forehead. First, the practitioner told me that it would be covered by my insurance and that they had checked this. This proved to be untrue. Now I am getting billed for most of the cost of this procedure. That wouldn't be such an issue if the procedure hadn't been done so poorly. I was also told that there would be no scarring, which also proved to be untrue. The scarring on my forehead is so bad that it is worse than the original cyst being there. My wife is a nurse as well, so we did the post-care 100% according to their instructions. I tried calling the accounting department who didn't help, and they said the manager would call me back. I have received no calls whatsoever and now they don't even return my phone call when I leave a message. I really wish I hadn't gone to this office AT ALL. I left worse than when I got there, and now am having to go through the insurance company to file a claim. Waste of time and more importantly the cosmetic procedure left me scarred which I will now have to pay more for a plastic surgeon to fix their mistakes!
