- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been here for since 2010 and I still love it. The workers are so nice and make you feel like home. They have games for the kids and has a drink station which includes coffee and hot chocolate maker. They also do contests like the one right now is a Taylor Swift Contest to see who can go to her concert in October and meet her. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My name is Erik Taylor and I am currently a patient at Hess & VanLandschoot Orthodontics. Dr. Hess and Dr. Van are both great and we never have to wait more than a couple minutes. I've been to all 3 offices and they are all really nice. I think my favorite is the Fishhawk office. If you need braces you will like them a lot !May 12, 2017by Heidi Taylor
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The office is very nice as well as the employees. I chose this location as it was very near my home and my son could easily stop by after school for treatment. I liked that you receive an email notification of upcoming appointments as reminders. The treatment itself has been fine. My objections are twofold - the wait time for a quick adjustment or service was long. My son would sometimes wait an hour to be seen. Appointments for certain types of service have set times that are not convenient to working parents. The second objection is a big one for me - no financial statements are mailed so you are not aware of your balance owed or when insurance will be billed. I changed insurance companies on the third calendar year only to find out that I am now responsible for a balance that was to be billed in 2014. If I was aware of this balance, I would not have changed companies. The office manager should send out at least semi annual statements to keep parents informed.
